Cancellation policy

1. For all products except custom-made items

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping .
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the name of the shipping provider and the tracking number.
  • Cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

2. Custom-made products

  • For orders placed more than 12 hours ago, the following applies: For any cancellation or change request (e.g. size, color, material), the customer will pay 25% of the product price .
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled .
