Care instructions
Due to the delicate embroidery, we recommend hand washing or machine washing at a maximum of 30°C in a gentle laundry bag. Do not spin. Hang to dry to avoid creases. Iron only on the reverse side at a very low temperature.

Please note the production-related tolerance of ±2–3%. Due to lighting conditions during product photography and different screen settings, the color may vary slightly.

Transparent fabrics are particularly sensitive to light. Daylight, artificial lighting, and the light intensity in the room can all affect their color and transparency.
Properties of transparent fabrics:
Due to the fine weave structure, light transmission and yarn thickness, the color may vary slightly depending on the viewing angle, folds and incidence of light.
A notice:
For custom-made transparent curtains, a color deviation of up to 5% is considered normal due to the material and production process and is within the acceptable tolerance range.

How do I determine the correct curtain rod height?
As a general rule, mount the curtain rod 15–20 cm above the window frame to create a sense of height. For a floor-length look, let the curtains hang just above the floor (1–2 cm gap) or slightly pleat them for a more dramatic effect.

How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?
- Choose between indoor or outdoor installation.
- Measure the width: rod/rail length for pleated models or rod length for models with rod pocket/loop attachment.
- Measure the height from the top edge of the pole/rail to the desired length.
- Check both sides for accuracy.
What is the difference between blackout, dim-out, and transparent fabrics?
- Blackout: Blocks 90-100% of light for maximum privacy and darkness.
- Blackout: Gently filters the light, reducing glare while maintaining some brightness.
- Transparent: Allows most light to pass through and offers minimal privacy with an airy look.
How long will it take after I order until I receive my curtains?

Should I measure the window or the wall area?
Always measure the area your curtains will cover, not just the window frame. For optimal coverage and light blocking, add at least 20–30 cm on each side.
What is the best fill ratio?
We recommend 1.5 to 2 times the fabric width of the rail/rod width. For example, a 200 cm long rod requires approximately 300–400 cm of curtain fabric for an elegant curtain.
