Product description

The extra-long blackout curtain is the perfect solution for rooms with high ceilings or large windows. With lengths of up to 548 cm, it's ideal for two-story windows, living rooms with a gallery, or impressive entrance areas.

Crafted from a tightly woven polyester blend, the curtain effectively blocks out sunlight, UV rays, and outside noise. This creates a peaceful, darkened atmosphere that's perfect for bedrooms, children's rooms, or home theaters.

Thanks to sturdy eyelets (inner diameter approx. 4 cm), the curtain can be easily hung on standard curtain rods and glides smoothly when opening and closing. Each panel comes with a matching tieback (random color).

Care instructions

Machine washable up to 40°C with mild detergent. Air drying is recommended. Do not use bleach. Ironing at low temperatures is possible.

For beautiful folds, we recommend a total width of 1.5–3 times the window width.

How do I determine the correct curtain rod height?

As a general rule, mount the curtain rod 15–20 cm above the window frame to create a sense of height. For a floor-length look, let the curtains hang just above the floor (1–2 cm gap) or slightly pleat them for a more dramatic effect.

How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?

  • Choose between indoor or outdoor installation.
  • Measure the width: rod/rail length for pleated models or rod length for models with rod pocket/loop attachment.

Should I measure the window or the wall area?

Always measure the area your curtains will cover, not just the window frame. For optimal coverage and light blocking, add at least 20–30 cm on each side.

What is the best fill ratio?

We recommend 1.5 to 2 times the fabric width of the rail/rod width. For example, a 200 cm long rod requires approximately 300–400 cm of curtain fabric for an elegant curtain.
