Order & Payment

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their orders.
Since all our curtains are made to order, delivery time is usually 5-10 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipping is free for all orders within Germany.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email .
Products & Customization
Absolutely. All BTTO curtains are made to your individual specifications. Simply enter your measurements directly on the product page.
Yes! We offer free fabric swatches so you can feel the texture and check the colors before placing an order.
A good rule of thumb is to mount the rod 15-20 cm above the window frame to create a sense of height.
For a floor-length look, the curtains should end slightly above the floor (1-2 cm gap) or rest slightly on the floor for a more dramatic effect.
Always measure the area you want your curtains to cover – not just the window frame .
For optimal coverage and light protection, add at least 20–30 cm on each side .
We recommend a pleat factor of 1.5× to 2× in relation to the width of the curtain rod or rail.
Example: A 200 cm wide rod requires about 300-400 cm of fabric to achieve elegant drapery.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all curtains are custom made , we can only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged during transit .
Please send us an email to sales@btto.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
