  • Proof of your design/industry work (e.g. ASID membership, NCIDQ certification)

Note: A resale certificate is optional, but can replace proof of business registration.

We collect tax exemption certificates securely and digitally.

Delivery times for custom-made products:

  • Standard shipping: 10–15 working days
  • Express shipping: 3–7 business days

Production begins once 95% of orders have been paid and confirmed .

Can I have my order delivered directly to my customers?
