How can I qualify for the trade program?
Submit an online application and include at least one of the following documents :
- A valid company website or portfolio
- Business license, reseller certificate or ONE
- Links to professional profiles (e.g., Houzz, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proof of your design/industry work (e.g. ASID membership, NCIDQ certification)
Note: A resale certificate is optional, but can replace proof of business registration.
How do I apply for tax exemption?
We collect tax exemption certificates securely and digitally.

The fastest way is to log in to your BTTO Trade account, add your desired items to the shopping cart and enter your Trade discount code at checkout to see the reduced price immediately.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times for custom-made products:
- Standard shipping: 10–15 working days
- Express shipping: 3–7 business days
Production begins once 95% of orders have been paid and confirmed .

Can I have my order delivered directly to my customers?
Yes. You can specify your customer's delivery address at checkout.
The delivery is neutral – without price information or invoice details in the package.
