Tailor-made curtains without risk with BTTO

At BTTO , our goal is to make the custom curtain ordering process as easy as possible while delivering the highest quality. Customer satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priority. That's why we offer the following services to make your order completely risk-free:

  • Free fabric samples – so you can check the feel and color in advance.
  • Expert advice – support with measuring and selecting the right collection for your windows.
  • Fair return options * – Available within 14 days of receipt. See our return policy for details.
  • Easy installation – We provide detailed installation instructions. Please install hooks and accessories carefully to avoid damage to the fabric or the lifting system.

The return policy does not apply to complaints based solely on the fabric selection, unless a fabric sample was ordered or a sample offer was declined.

Limited lifetime warranty

BTTO only supplies premium-quality curtains. We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship—with a limited lifetime warranty. Our blinds also come with a 1-3 year free warranty .

Covered by the warranty:

  • Free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product.
  • BTTO will repair or replace defective items at its sole discretion.

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading from sunlight, fraying, color loss, damage from water, insects or pets, wear and tear of mechanics over time).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Technical obsolescence in the future.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please email us at sale@btto.com with photos of the damaged item.

Care instructions

  • Products made from 100% natural materials (e.g., pure linen) or items marked as non-washable on the product page (e.g., models with black edges) may shrink during washing and are not suitable for machine washing.
  • Please wash washable products on a gentle cycle with cold water and protect them in a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry, but air dry.
  • Thanks to our special high-temperature forming process, BTTO curtains remain smooth and dimensionally stable even after several washes.
