Custom-made & special orders

  • Production time: 7 business days
  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

Ready-made curtains & stock items

  • Standard shipping: 3–10 business days

Fabric samples

  • Shipping: DHL Parcel, Hermes or USPS
  • Delivery time: 2–6 days
  • Delivery: directly to your mailbox, no signature required

The stated delivery times are approximate values. If you need your curtains by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Curtains, blinds & roller blinds, fabric samples: Standard shipping (10–15 days) → Free of charge

All orders are delivered with door-to-door service.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
With this you can check the status online at any time with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a delivery date.

Changes to the Delivery Address
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the address after shipping.
Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

Customs & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes or VAT levied by the customs authorities of your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please proceed as follows:

  • Report the damage to the local delivery service within 24 hours.
  • Send us detailed photos and a short description.
  • Keep packaging and products in their original condition.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 2 weeks.

If no complaint is received within 48 hours after delivery, the shipment is considered free of defects.
