How do I join the bonus program?
Simply create an account on our website – you will be automatically logged in!
How do I collect points?
You can collect points in several ways:
- Register: Receive 500 points when you create an account.
- Make a purchase: Earn 1 point for every €1 spent (Gold members receive 2 points for every €1).
- Social Sharing: Share our products or promotions on social media to receive 100 points per post.
- Submit a review: Earn 500 points for each approved product review.
- Refer a friend: Receive a €30 gift card when your friend makes their first purchase. Your friend will also receive a €30 coupon!
- Celebrate your birthday: Receive 100 points when you enter your birthday.
How can I redeem my points?
Go to “Ways to Redeem” in your bonus dashboard.
50 points = €1 , which can be redeemed at checkout. Points can be used in conjunction with shop discounts.
Can I collect points for past purchases?
Unfortunately, points cannot be awarded for previous purchases. Please ensure you are logged in before making a purchase.
Will my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they were collected. Unused points expire.
Can I return redeemed rewards?
No, redeemed rewards cannot be returned or refunded. Be sure to use your points wisely!
How do I cancel my membership in the bonus program?
If you wish to leave the bonus program, please contact our support team.
Please note: Cancellation will delete all collected points and cannot be reversed .
